Archive All Sales Data
Move all historical sales records to a read-only archive. Sales data will no longer appear in active reports but can be retrieved. Used for year-end accounting.
Reset All Permissions
Reset every user's permissions back to the default for their role. Custom permission overrides will be lost. Users will be notified and must re-login.
Clear All System Data
Permanently delete all sales, stock, users (except Admin), and settings data. The system will return to factory defaults. This cannot be undone. Download a full backup first.
Deactivate Pharmacy Account
Completely deactivate this pharmacy's account. All users will be locked out immediately. Contact Griin Company Ltd support to reactivate. Use only when closing the pharmacy.
